Recognized as a world-leader in high performance printing
and publishing technologies as well as electronic document management,
Global Graphics Software Ltd. was formed by combining
and renaming HarlequinR Limited with its subsidiary Jaws® Systems
Limited on 1st June 2001. On the same date Harlequin Incorporated,
based at Massachusetts in the United States, was renamed Global Graphics
Software Incorporated.
Global Graphics Software is a subsidiary of Global Graphics
S.A. whose stock is listed on the Euronext Stock Exchange (GLOG).James
Freidah is the President and Chief Operating Officer and is responsible
for business operations worldwide. Global Graphics Software
maintains a strong business presence in the Americas, Europe and
the Asia Pacific Basin and currently employs around 100 people across
three continents. Jim Freidah reports directly to Mr. Johan Volckaerts,
Chairman and CEO of Global Graphics S.A.
Most Global Graphics Software products are sold exclusively
through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), system integrators,
and resellers. Partners include the world's leading vendors of digital
pre-press systems, large-format color printers and color proofing
systems, copiers and printers for the corporate and SOHO (small
office/ home office) markets and software application developers.
Global Graphics Software offices are located on three continents.
The European offices are located in Cambridge (headquarters) and
Manchester, England. In North America, Global Graphics Software
Inc. has offices in Virginia, New Hampshire and Florida. Global
Graphics Software KK is located in Tokyo.
